Had a wonderful experience with Matt Dlouhy of Lakes Country Roofing! We bought a house in Battle Lake earlier this year and had some roofing issues with ice dams and water leaks. I finally got around to calling someone so that it wouldn't happen again this winter. Matt was very kind, responsive, and quick to schedule me in. He identified the issue quickly, and was very patient and knowledgeable when explaining it to me. He even took the initiative to repair a hole that he spotted while he was up there without charging me anything! It's very rare to get that kind of customer service, and it's a gesture I won't forget. Would recommend Lakes Country Roofing to anyone in the area, and I will definitely contact Matt again if I have any future roof issues!!
A beautiful new roof in one day. Matt explained the full process and answered all my questions. The job was supervised, and a follow-up after the work to see the work was to my expectations. They did have to replace some sheets of plywood. This cost was explained to me before the work and was reasonable. My landscaping was covered, and the clean-up after was very thorough. I would gladly do business with this company again. I will post some during and after pictures.
